Programme
Strength-based coaching
Working on talent, self-reflection, solution-oriented abilities, motivation, drive, growth, empowerment. It all sounds good, but what is it really about? You discover it by examining your most important instrument: your own talent.
- The impact of strength-based coaching.
- Being able to detect and identify talents.
- Having a positive and appreciative perspective in challenging moments.
Inspirational coaching
Generating energy and enthusiasm in others: those who can do it have a treasure in their hands. What does it mean in practice? And how do you vary your approach to fit your coachee?
- Back to the future.
- From fixed thinking to growth thinking.
- Tools that help you see differently.
Coaching for insight and engagement
Taking steps, and the ability and willingness to do so, only happens when your coachee has a complete understanding of their own situation and actions. They also need the will and motivation to take action. With an inspirational approach, you, as a coach, show the way.
- Advanced conversations: interventions for advanced practitioners.
- Combining coaching and advising.
- When you get in your own way.
Creating breakthrough moments
Coaching is crucial when the other person is completely stuck, and it's also much more challenging. In this section, you will discover how to create breakthrough moments for people who are completely lost.
- Turning around insecurity, low self-confidence, or fear of failure.
- Guiding exhausted and wounded coachees.
- Countering destructive behaviors like gossiping and self-pity.
- Anchoring motivation, enthusiasm, and drive.
Coaching with common sense
Coaching is a human endeavor, with all the opportunities and pitfalls that come with it. What do you do when things are really on the verge of going wrong? And how do you respond when your coachee's basic attitude or the dynamics between you are not working well?
- Resistance from your coachee or within yourself.
- Addressing emotions through authentic and empathetic communication.
- Moving away from frustration, annoyance, and despair.
Provocative coaching
A well-placed, proverbial kick in the rear for your coachee. Sometimes you just feel that there's potential to gain from it. How do you approach it in a positive and helpful way? And how do you avoid it coming across the wrong way?
- Working with contradictions.
- Exploring unrealistic expectations.
- Using humor as a lever.
Intuitive coaching
After each training day, you continue to practice in the field so that coaching becomes second nature. Expect to invest in 2 sessions of 2 hours between each session. Peer coaching is also utilized, meaning you meet twice with another participant.
