    In this training, you will learn how to engage your team and employees and guide them through change. You will achieve this by adopting a smart approach that considers both the rational and emotional impact of change. Additionally, you will discover how to use resistance as a signal and an opportunity to move forward with the entire team.

    You will apply this directly to your own practice and the small or large changes you are facing. The various skills required for this will be explored one by one in depth.
