    In this course you will learn how to negotiate confidently and constructively. With a win-win result as the end goal. This way you achieve a good result and you can still face each other afterwards.

    You learn to approach a negotiation in such a way that it is positive and solution-oriented. You will receive very concrete tips and tools to tackle matters that you find difficult. You discover an approach for frequently occurring, difficult moments in a negotiation. You do this on the basis of the 5 steps of 'Harvard negotiating'.
