    In this full-day session, you will explore why collaboration within your team may sometimes face challenges and how to bring about positive change.     During the morning session, you will immediately apply the insights gained to the team you lead. Three and six weeks after the session, you will discuss the progress with the facilitator to assess the implementation of the actions and address any further support needed.
